The OCS will be powered from a 25 kV, 60-Hertz, single phase, alternating current supply system consisting of two TPSs, one switching station, and seven paralleling stations (PS) and Electrification will be performed using the Design-Build delivery method.

Morgner’s scope of work includes building photo documentation and photo-documentation of right-of-way, as well as properties along the alignment. In addition, Morgner is providing a noise and vibration control plan for environmental compliance within the 17 cities and counties in which the corridor traverses.
