Morgner’s Role: Construction Management

Project Description:

Morgner was responsible for managing the landside and airside replacement of existing airline baggage spaces, construction of new baggage screening rooms, installation of a temporary canopy and replacement of the outbound baggage conveyor systems. Morgner also managed the installation/integration of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) provided Explosion Detection System (EDS) machines, Explosion Trace Detection (ETD) workstations, On-Screen Resolution (OSR) Control Rooms and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems. We assisted the LAWA Program Director with the development of protocol, policy and procedures for Guard Post #23.
